OMG! Rain - significant rain - is coming!!!!!! What is the Gulf Coast going to do if it rains?!?!?! How are they going to handle water?!??!

Let's all panic because there is an 80% possibility that a clound in the Gulf can turn into a rain storm...(insert a scream like a 4 year old girl)

Gee whiz - I remember when humans could handle adversity, and rain, without getting worked into a tizzy.

Hint to those living at sea level, and those people who stupidly believe living below sea level is a good idea: move. Move, either temporarily or perminantly, but MOVE.
